Sweet Tape Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd, is one of South-East Asia’s leading producers of adhesive and non-adhesive tapes and decorative polypropylene ribbons.

Since the introduction of our products in 1977, we played a major role in the industry by leading the way in product innovation and development. Sweettape is the first and still remains the only manufacturer in the world to use rubber latex adhesive for our adhesive tapes. Rubber adhesive does not only provide a powerful bond but is extremely environmentally-friendly as well. For decorative ribbons and bows, Sweet Tape is still the sole manufacturer of Manufacturer in Malaysia.

SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:
1.The candidate shall be responsible for all the Human Resource activities, such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Training and other general admin matters.
2.Prepare payroll
3.
Organize & coordinate employee welfare activities
4.Liaise with immigration for work permits



Requirements:

1.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2.Well versed with the latest Malaysian labor and industrial laws and prevailing HR practices and legislations.
3.
Conversant with immigration laws, requirements and work permits.
4.Ensure that effective payroll system is properly implemented in the company.
5.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
6.Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
7.Preferred language: Chinese
8.Preferably senior executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
9.Pleasant & mature disposition with a sense of urgency & ability to withstand work pressure and work independently
10.Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

STORE ASSISTANT/ CLERK
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for day-to-day store activities such as receiving, storing, picking and packing.
2.Responsible to prepare accurate inventory reports
3.
Responsible to safeguard of the company inventory.


Requirements:
1.
Candidate must posses at least a SPM or Diploma in the relevant discipline.
2.Able to work independently.
3.
Applicant must be willing to work in Balakong.
4.Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status




ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
1.Finalize monthly and quarterly group accounts and prepare groups reports and charts.
2.Prepare monthly comparison reports and charts for the group of companies
3.
Assist in extract summary reports and analytical review for the group of companies
4.Assist in yearly budget reports and analysis schedule for the group of companies
5.Prepare capital expenditure listing for the group of companies and maintain assets list for companies
6.Assist in system implementation and work flow procedure & control system for the group of companies
7.Liaison with the external parties related to accounts, audit & tax matter for the group of companies
8.Assist accountant in others related duties especially ad hoc matter


Requirements:
1.Degree holders/ finalist in Professional Study in ACCA, CIMA or similar recognize accounting bodies
2.More than 8 years in similar position
3.
At least 5 years in similar position
4.Result oriented
 
 
CREDIT CONTROLLER
Responsibilities:
1.Do credit check on new customers and evaluate the credit limit
2.In charge of incoming cheques for all customers & issuing temporary receipts into system
3.
Analyze and approve of customer sales order
4.Liaison with customer and monitoring their accounts
5.Updating salesmen ageing report and liaison with salesmen
6.Preparing monthly reports, quarterly reports & charts
7.Maintain online customers and records
8.Liaison with lawyers to follow up proceeding cases
9.Others duties as and when require by management and accountant


Requirements:
1.Degree/ Diploma in Accounting, Business or Finance
2.2-3 years working experience in credit line
3.
Handle collection & credit evaluation, monitor credit worthiness of existing customers
4.Candidates should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
5.Full time position available
6.Required skill(s): computer literate- basic skills
7.Posses good interpersonal, good communication, positive attitude, initiative
8.Candidates must be willing to work in Balakong

 

PRODUCTION CLERK
Responsibilities:
1.To prepare & record the production output
2.To update daily data entry according to production schedule

Requirements:
1.Candidate must possess at least SPM & above.
2.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3.
Applicants must be willing to work in Balakong
4.Preferably non-executives specializing in Clerical/General Administration or equivalent

EXPORT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
1.Experienced and acquired customer service skills
2.Able to work independently & aggressively towards marketing development & maintenance of customer accounts.
3.Good initiative & positive mind set in carrying out work relation tasks & its improvement schemes.
4.This job provides traveling opportunity to oversea for attending trade fairs or customer visits

Requirements:

SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for planning developing, implementing and evaluating effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets, profitability and growth, in line with the organization goals and objectives
2.Explore new markets, identity and develop new accounts
3.Develop and implement new sales plan including sales budget to meet sales targets.
4.Building and strengthen good rapport with customers
5.Conducting market analysis that focus on new markets penetration with other company’s brand name.
6.Provide timely reports to the management on key targets projects and assignment on the sales and marketing activities


Requirements:
1.Candidates must posses at least a Diploma or Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Management or related discipline with 3-4 years experience in sales and marketing
2.Adequate fluent in English, Mandarin, both spoken and written
3.
Required skills: marketing plan, report writing
4.Team player, integrity, positive attitude, motivated, result oriented and target driven
5.Posses own transport and willing to travel in line with assignment and responsibilities

Responsibilities:
1.Personal driver to the director
2.Responsible to deliver & dispatch documentation to customer

Male only
4.Able to work independently, self-discipline, responsible, punctual & urgency towards work assignments
